November 2nd- Carolina Beach NC

We made a few quick stops between Belhaven and the Cape Fear River. We had an encounter with the Navy. They were practicing with drone boats in the Neuse River. They were very professional and just wanted to inform us. We kept a straight course through their OP area. 

We grabbed a mooring in Carolina Beach for Halloween. It’s been breezy. The waves pound on the beach. We rested for a day. Today was a projects day. Deisel, Groceries, Oil Change, Water, Scallops, and Garbage disposal were all on the list.

Tomorrow we’ll move on. We were planning an offshore hop but the Atlantic looks a little to rough for us. Evergreen will most likely stick to the ICW for the next few days. We received intel about a new BBQ joint in Beaufort!
